  Called in one week ago, to arrange a estimate, unfortunately i was under the impression that it was set for 10am, today however when i phoned to discuss the matter the gentleman was very evasive and asked if he could take my number, when i suggested he should just check the diary he became rather rude and suggested i took my business to another company? I appreciate they are busy but really is this the way to run a company.
